Europe-China Investment Association(ECIA) is officially approved by French government in 2015. 

As a platform of sino-europeen investment, the association visions are:

- To promote economic and trade exchanges between Europe and China, and to promote the development of strategic partnership. 

- To provide the international investment exchange platform, to promote economic and trade cooperation among members in Europe and in China. 

- To search and help companies in Europe and in China to carry out two-way investment projects

Based in France, the association has a wide range of partnership with the governments and enterprises in Europe and in China.

During 2016-2021, Sichuan Province has appointed ECIA to carry out the Representative Office of Sichuan Invest in France.

In 2017, The Beijing Investment Promotion Agency has also appointed ECIA to be their representation and consultant in France.

Since 2018, CIPA (China Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce of China) has delegated as France representative to promote overall investments between France and China.
