On May 15, 2017,the Europe-China Investment Association and the Sichuan Provincial Investment Promotion Office in France met with Florence CASTEL, Advancity Director of the French Smart City Industrial Cluster, at the Paris office. The two sides discussed the development of the cluster in Sichuan.
